Fermah Product and TGE Roadmap
- Planning window: Q4 2026 to Q2 2027
- Target TGE: Q1 2027
- Launch principle: Core products live on mainnet before TGE
- Audience: External GTM, launch, partnership, and community teams
Fermah is bringing one connected product stack to market. Kernel runs programmable workflows. Strata turns that execution layer into managed prediction-market infrastructure. Ultramint is the consumer product that proves the entire stack in public.
This roadmap concentrates the company plan into three quarters. It covers customer-facing product outcomes and GTM proof points. Pricing, licensing mechanics, legal work, compliance, and detailed engineering delivery are outside its scope.
How the Fermah stack works
| 01 · Kernel | 02 · Strata | 03 · Ultramint |
|---|---|---|
| Execute anything. Kernel runs durable workflows for applications, agents, APIs, private workers, and smart contracts. | Operate markets. Strata packages market contracts, creation, indexing, relaying, and managed resolution into one platform. | Prove the product. Ultramint is Fermah's own market application, community hub, and showcase for the complete stack. |
Kernel powers Strata. Strata powers Ultramint. Ultramint proves demand for both.
Current position Q4 2026
Kernel · Pre-production platform
Kernel already has a substantial execution foundation:
- A Rust workflow library and broad catalogue of reusable execution nodes.
- Containerized execution and an existing on-chain workflow oracle.
- MCP-assisted workflow discovery, composition, and validation.
- A separate SaaS application with teams, projects, visual workflow creation, run history, encrypted team secrets, and Stripe or USDC billing.
- A shared job queue and dedicated worker service running end to end in development.
The Q4 challenge is product unification and production deployment. The library, worker, hosted API, SaaS, MCP surface, and oracle need to feel like entry points into one Kernel network rather than separate projects.
Strata · Integrated testnet stack
Strata already provides the majority of the core prediction-market stack:
- LS-LMSR contracts deployed on Base Sepolia.
- Binary, categorical, scalar, and combined-market primitives.
- Market creation, buying, resolution, disputes, claims, and settlement.
- A chain indexer, market read model, and gasless transaction relayer.
- A managed resolution engine with durable workflows and human-review support.
- AI-assisted creation and structured market term sheets inside Ultramint.
The Q4 challenge is turning these internal services into a clear partner product: one API, reusable frontend components, managed resolution, and a supported way to connect customer-owned data sources.
Ultramint · Private beta
Ultramint is already a feature-rich staging product on Base Sepolia and GKE:
- AI-assisted market creation and gasless market transactions.
- Automated resolution, disputes, finalization, and claims.
- Portfolio, discovery, profiles, comments, follows, circles, alerts, notifications, rewards, referrals, and leaderboards.
- Resolution support for crypto, sports, YouTube, TikTok, social, and AI-researched markets.
- Read-only API access and a hosted MCP service prepared behind a disabled launch gate.
The Q4 challenge is moving the complete experience to mainnet, closing the remaining money-flow features, and converting existing social and reward primitives into the ambassador programme.
Q4 2026 Mainnet foundation
Quarter objective: Put the complete core product stack into production before TGE.
Kernel
- Unify the product. Present the workflow library, Docker worker, hosted API, SaaS, MCP, and on-chain oracle as access methods to one Kernel execution platform.
- Launch the hosted control plane. Support authenticated workflow submission, scheduling, status, cancellation, retries, and result retrieval through the API and SaaS.
- Launch a production worker pool. Run multiple workers against a durable shared queue with safe job recovery and capacity-based routing.
- Complete shared workflow secrets. Let teams securely reuse credentials across hosted and private executions without exposing values through the product.
- Ship developer access. Publish the production Rust crate, Docker worker image, workflow format, starter templates, and integration documentation.
- Connect crypto-native billing. Activate USDC-funded hosted executions alongside conventional SaaS billing.
- Expand MCP from authoring to operations. Add authenticated submit, schedule, status, cancel, and result tools.
End-of-quarter customer outcome: A developer can build a workflow once and execute it through code, the SaaS, a hosted endpoint, MCP, a Docker worker, or a smart contract.
Strata
- Deploy the Base mainnet contracts. Launch the supported production market set with Fermah-aligned protocol fee routing.
- Launch Strata API v1. Expose markets, quotes, positions, creation, transaction status, resolution status, and claims through one documented partner API.
- Package the managed backend. Present indexing, relaying, market creation, and resolution as one hosted service rather than separate internal systems.
- Extract the first frontend kit. Release reusable market cards, term sheets, creation, trade, position, and claim components.
- Create a stable source-adapter boundary. Make it straightforward for Fermah to connect partner databases and third-party APIs without redesigning the resolver.
- Prove a partner integration. Complete one non-Ultramint branded or internal design-partner implementation.
End-of-quarter customer outcome: A partner can build its own frontend while Fermah provides the market contracts, data plane, transactions, and managed resolution.
Ultramint
- Launch on Base mainnet. Deliver the full create, fund, buy, resolve, claim, and withdraw journey.
- Activate Onramper. Enable production Base USDC funding from the in-app deposit experience.
- Complete rewards settlement. Move rewards from recorded obligations to user-visible payouts.
- Launch the production source catalogue. Productize crypto, sports, news and research, YouTube, TikTok, and social market creation.
- Start the ambassador beta. Use the existing sponsor, referral, rewards, profile, and leaderboard systems for the first campaign cohort.
- Prepare account entitlements. Introduce the usage counters and feature limits that paid tiers will build on in Q1.
End-of-quarter customer outcome: Ultramint is a live mainnet product with real creation, funding, trading, resolution, payouts, and community participation before TGE.
Q1 2027 TGE and public activation

Message architecture
One company story
Fermah is the programmable execution and market infrastructure behind applications, agents, and on-chain products.
Three product stories
- Kernel: Build a workflow once and run it through code, hosted infrastructure, private workers, agents, or smart contracts.
- Strata: Launch a prediction-market product without building contracts, indexing, relaying, or a resolution operation.
- Ultramint: Create, trade, and resolve markets in a social product designed for people, creators, communities, and agents.
TGE story
The TGE activates participation in a live product ecosystem; it does not precede the products.
Scope discipline
The Q4 launch should remain focused on the complete mainnet user journey and the minimum partner-ready platform. The following capabilities belong in Q1 or Q2 and should not delay the pre-TGE mainnet release:
- Broad autonomous agent trading.
- Perpetual markets.
- General-availability white-label deployment.
- Broad multichain coverage.
- An open third-party workflow and adapter ecosystem.
- Fully decentralized worker coordination.
This sequencing keeps the TGE narrative credible: mainnet proof in Q4, ecosystem activation in Q1, and category expansion in Q2.
